Orders whose money has been deposited/received in our company accounts are provided to the shipping company within 7 working days at the latest to be delivered to the consumer/customer. The shipping costs will be the responsibility of the consumer/customer if it is requested to send the package with a shipping company other than the contracted shipping company. Our company accepts no responsibility for extended delivery times caused by the shipping company’s delays.
Please verify that the address and identification information you submit are valid in order for the goods to arrive as soon as possible. Our company accepts no responsibility for any difficulties that may arise as a result of wrongly submitted/provided address and identification information.
Changes to the delivery information can be made by sending an email to info@liquide.co, provided that the email is sent before the shipment is delivered to the shipping company.
