RETURN METHODS AND PROCEDURES
You may return the goods you’ve purchased, as long as the label hasn’t been removed, it hasn’t been used, and it still has its original packaging and the ability to be sold. To do so, please send your return request to info@liquide.co first, and then return the package to the shipping company within 7 working days of receiving it. The goods cannot be returned if any of the listed items are missing; used goods also cannot be returned; and refunds cannot be issued. Your refund will be processed by our company within 7–15 business days after we receive the goods.
For goods in the swimwear, underwear and accessory category, returns and exchanges are not accepted by our company due to hygiene concerns.
Returns are not accepted for end-of-season items purchased with a discount of 40% or more. However, exchanges are available for these items.
Pre-order products are produced upon order, therefore returns/cancellations are not accepted.
In return and exchange requests for goods under the other categories, the return fee of damaged goods will be covered by us, and the shipping fee of the goods using the right of withdrawal will be covered by the CUSTOMER.
WARNING: Products must be exchanged and returned as received. If appropriate conditions are not provided; The product/s will be redirected back to you.
